How to edite check/money order address

I would like to edit the address for where to "mail your payment to".

The closest thing I can find is within the "Payment Module" which shows my address.

When I try to edit the "check / money order", there is not any place to edit the actual address. Only a box for "who to send check to" which has my name only in.

I would like to edit the part for "Mail your payment to" Which looks like:

Mail your payment to:
ToaGem's Gemstone Cabochon Jewelry Design Supplies
PO Box 358 Newport Washington
USA

You can fix the address in Admin> Configuration> My Store
