After a test order, my site now "server error"

AFter I placed a practice order at my store's site (store.nosirgifts.com) I get this error.

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Yes I did, and turns out I will have to reinstall Zen Cart.

As of 3:00 PM EDT, my store's site has been restored.

Unfortunately, I will have to re install the following modules:

Google Checkout
Installment Plan
Local Sales Tax Module
About Us Page
Template (Pretty in Pink, Purple Lilly, and zj silver)
Language Packs: (French and Spanish)
