Mixing Per Weight Unit and Zone Table Rates

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a quick solution to major dilemma I have.

My client would like this kind of complex format, using per weight unit and Zone table rates...

Zone 1 (Lets say great britain):

Upto 20kg - £14.00
From 20kg onwards, add 30p per kilo

Zone 2 (Lets say europe):

Upto 20kg - £30.00
From 20kg onwards, add £1.10 per kilo

Zone 3 (Lets say rest of world):

Upto 20kg - £50.00
From 20kg onwards, add £3.50 per kilo

I know exactly how to do these individually, but all together as one it just blows my mind. I found a nice little module called MZMT, but it just doesn't cater to the Per weight unit side of things.

Will this involve a lot of cloning things?

Any help would be great
