ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error ()
It appears the PayPal is going out to lunch before its job is complete. When it does come back it passes garbage back to Zen Cart and Zen Cart sends the customer back to step one. I guess PayPal not only went out to lunch early, but got sick on it also. Must have been the tomatoes and halipinos. Maybe the hamburger was not cooked?

I have opend up a case at PayPal Merchant Technical Support

PayPal support for issue denied. Their reasoning:
1. it only happened once
2. it happened during a maintenance period.
3. failures are expected during maintenance periods.
