I have not changed the settings - nor have the server been changed, but for some strange reason I am no longer able to send newsletter from my store. I can create them, preview them, edit and delete them, but when I click the send button - I get as far as selecting the group to send to, and up comes the preview of the newsletter, bit there is NO SEND BUTTON at the bottom of the page.

I have always been able to send before, but no something is wong - I can't resend any of the old newsletters either - I have tried that.

I run 1.3.7
