How can I place Atribute in the order confirmation email subject line?

I need to know if an attribute or even a flied variable can be placed within the order confirmation email subject line?

And how of course :-) a simple explanation much appreciated

For example I have input text field like

<input type="text" name="id[TEXT_PREFIX5]" size="32" maxlength="32" value="" id="attrib-5-0" />

I would like to variable name="id[TEXT_PREFIX5] in the subject line of the order confirmation
