Well, for one thing, you don't have a 'State' input box.
Don't know if that's the problem, but it might be good to have it there.

The current version of Zen Cart does not contain that error message. I suspect your problem is related to an addon you've installed.

Hi! The only one addon I have installed is Additional Customers Fields.
I was trying to add some fields, than removed all of them. Yes,, I believe the problem is here. Everything worked great before that, and now I get this error message. I just have no idea where and what corrections I have to do
Sorry, all I know about that addon is that it's buggy and many people have had problems with it, although some have been quite happy with it.
Hopefully you have backups from before you added it so you can step back to before the problems were created. This is a good reason why one should never add addons to live stores ... always to a test store before going live ... so business is never interrupted by adding new features.
