Remove "Add: [ ]" and "Add selected products to cart" from product pages? possible?

Here's what I want to eliminate / replace with buy-now buttons perhaps..



My products are usually expensive, and my customers don't need the convenience of buying multiple products on each page at once. I would rather force them to look at the full description before they can add the product to their cart, so they know exactly what they are getting.

By the way, I have the "Column Layout Grid for Product Listing" contribution added, that's why you see the 3 columns.

Admin>configuration>product listing>Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)

In admin > Configuration > Product Listing, set these appropriately:

Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)

Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status and Set Button Location ->set to 0
