Customizing the check out page by adding a dropdown menu of delivery times

<option>Delivery Time 19:00</option>
<option>Delivery Time 20:00</option>
</select>

Add to the options.....

Test it thoroughly.

Hi Steve pardon my ignorance, I am new to zencart. I want to apply you solution however i could not figure out the "acivate option" after adding to the said file. You help will be much appreciated

I also want to drop down menu for delivery time, but I dont want to sacrifice comment field. Please suggest if you are aware of a solution.
