Contact page ?! - How do I change my store name and address?

Hi ya'll
I'm dealing with a problem, it's as following..
In the admin section I've added my Contact page text, but on the Live shop it shows some text above it. Because the adress and phonenumber have changed, the information at the top (which I didn't write in the Contact page's text) is false so I need to get rid of it..

(by the way, on the admin section I cant open any of the "Configuration" links, so if I have to change something there, is there a way to bypass this?

That store name and address info is edited in Admin - Configuration - My Store

What can you access in Admin?

I can access about everything except for the first drop down menu which is Configuration. When I click a link there, it opens a download screen for a configuration.php file. When I tried it in GoogleChrome, it didn't want to download, instead it said configuration.php not found.

I'd try re-uploading admin/configuration.php

Hmm, where can I get a clean configuration.php file?
Or do I have to download it from the ftp and reupload the same file?

the CHMOD of configuration.php is set to 777, perhaps that is where it goes wrong?

Nice, by setting it to 644 it is now working
