Site Map: Changing a Link's Destination

From Site Map, when I click on a category, I go to a page: index.php?main_page=index&cPath=65 (where 65 is the category ID) that lists all six products that we carry. This is pretty much a duplicate of the home page (index.php) except that I like the formatting better on the home page.

How can I change the link so that users will instead be directed to my home page?

The Site Map is generated from the Categories with no specific areas for changes to the links that are built ...

You might be able to "intercept" the categories_id 65 to alter the link that is made on the Site Map ...
