Trying to install SQL Patch for Admin Profiles mod

History: Because I have many mods on my original site of knotnbauble.com I unfortunately didn't add the majority to work globally with all templates so I am running into some problems. My SEO company guys tell me my best bet is to do a clean install and then move everything over.

Problem: I was trying to install the mod for admin profiles on the new install that I have at www.knotnbauble.com/New and when I went to select Install SQL Patches under tools I get the following error message:

1146 Table 'knotnbau_zencart.admin_files' doesn't exist
in:
[select id from admin_files where page = 'sqlpatch']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I have absolutely NO knowledge of working with databases in this level and I have no clue what to do other than wipe out all the work I have done so far and do another complete new install.

Can anyone help with this? Please?
