I had gone to make my list of categories that I wanted in my store and my "New Categories" button is no where to be found, I have "New Products" though

Okay, so I read why I have this problem, but I now have 2 pages of products in my master category and would like to keep them and make some categories that I can move my products into.

Since the replies were so fast and I didn't know which one to try first, I went ahead and "Status Off" all my products and this causes the "New Categories" button to reappear.
