Default What does "?alpha_filter_id=***" mean in the URL?

I found more than 20 duplicate content in the Google Index with the URL "?alpha_filter_id=81".
Anyone tell me what does this mean in the URL?

Thanks for your kind reply. However, I can't get it. Could you please explain what does "alphabetic filter" mean? Why does Google consider it as many pages?
    Thanks very much!
