i want to export orders in excel , buti don't know how to do ?

While this forum is not a MS application site there is a vast amount of information for Excel on the net. What you want is how to use ODBC function in Excel to conect to your DB

No i want to know if somebody who don't know how to use sql can easely and automaticly in the application export this data inside the applciation to excel

That is what ODBC inside of Excel will do!!

You might want to try the Export Shipping Information add on. It allows you to export order information to Excel.

i have downloaded this add .to install i must to copy a ADMIn directory but in zen cart there is also an admin directory ....

That's the way Zencart mods work. Just drag the admin folder from the mod to the root directory of your site, and the folders and files inside it will be inserted in the proper places. Nothing will be overwritten.
