    Default Missing office-use-only information in Order Confirmation email

    We just launched our new, updated site (Ver. 1.3.8a). Our old site was Ver 1.3.6.

    We got our first order from the new site and I received my Order Confirmation email as expected. But, unlike the emails I used to receive from the v1.3.6 shop, this email does not contain the "Office Use Only" section where I would normally copy the customer's email address and phone number to paste into my records.

    Is this by design? Or, is there an email setting I'm missing? I'd really like to have this back again so I don't have to log into my shop to retrieve this info if there's some way to just put it back into the Order Confirmation emails like it used to be.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.

    On a clean v1.3.8a install, the office-use-only section does still show up.

    If it's missing on your site, then chances are something got fudged during your upgrade.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    This was a clean 1.3.8 install patched to 1.3.8a. I redid all the products, etc. from scratch.

    Have any idea what's wrong? I don't have the Office Use Only section at the bottom of my Confirmation Email.

    Is this the customer's copy of the email, or the admin copy? What's the subject line of the email?

    Subject of email is: [NEW ORDER] Order Confirmation No: 1226

    Can someone tell me which file it is that controls the "OFFICE USE ONLY" portion of the email? Maybe my file is corrupted or something and I can reupload a fresh one.

    A combination of /includes/classes/order.php and /includes/functions/functions_email.php.
    Are there any addons installed which alter the function of the ordering process?
