I was wondering how do I add a little custom border or outline to my store just like how these forums have a line around them.

Oh, I'm not worried about the rounded corners. I'm asking about how to actually put a border around the main content. Here is one that is more noticeable and close to what I am trying to achieve. xsitepro.com/ has the border all around the main content and even the footer and header. I especially want to have somethign similar to that footer, where it looks like the border expands and secludes the Copyright information away from all other information..
