Check/money order payment module - payment zone

How do I make the Check/Money Order Payment Module only available for US orders?

In the Check/Money Order Module configuration there is a Payment Zone option, but it only shows NONE and a tax zone that I have set up.

Disregard... I found that I just needed to add a US zone in the Zone Definitions. Then I went back into the Check/Money Order option and selected the US zone for the Payment zone.
