well let me say that a 27 second parse for a product info page is uncalled for. Search for 1and1 on these forums and after you are convinced move your site to a certified host.

Rob: Server Up Time is blank. Should I worry?

Although I used dots in my previous example, an actual example would look like:

Server Up Time: 17:26:03 up 203 days, 15 min, 0 users, load average: 0.26, 0.14, 0.10

If you are saying your Server Up Time: is blank and there is no load average: showing either, your Hoster has done something to prevent you from seeing that information. As that information is important for all kinds of reasons, I would advise you to check further with your Host.

Also, could it be because after Moving Hosts, I didn't do the last step of using the Fix Cache Key because the file was broken or something. Kept getting a "unreadable compression file" warning.

You only need to run that if you are having problems.

Usually, you can switch Hosters then "Refresh your Browser Cache" and no problems. If you do have problems but can access your Admin, then change this setting:

Configuration > Sessions : Session Directory

Edit the path to use your current one.
That is pretty much what the "Fix Cache Key" does anyway.

Ok so I understand 1and1 isn't the best for running Zen-Cart. I got to say I love them though, what a shame.

Vger: How can I change the URL to the right one? You'll notice the link is missing an "a" in sonata. Could this be causing the problem?

If I do change Hosts, are there hosts that rise above others that are Zen Cart certified?

Thinking about using BlueHost, but I believe in pay it forward and courtesy, so I'd much rather give the business to a fellow Zen Cart promoter/user.
