Wonder if anyone could please help me.

I built a site for a client which has been running fine since April. Last week they disabled the shopping cart for a day using the normal method to disable it.

When they turned it back on, customers receive a blank page after they have submitted their credit card details.

My client cannot see the order.

Obviously this tells me something has got corrupted, but I am unsure as to work out what page it is.

I have checked all the files on the server, and nobody has upload anything since the site went up, so it does not appear to be human interference.

I am loathe to start prodding around numerous files in case something else falls over.

Could anyone please suggest the way forward.
