Prices are marked up in CART only!

I increased my products prices by 130% and then made Sale Makers throughout entire Catalog, depending on price range. No problems there. The correct, "slashed" prices are displayed on actual prodycts pages as well as in Searches. Problem is that when you add the product to your cart, the price you pay per item is increased by the 130% markup!!! ??? I am losing customers in a steady stream!!!! HELP!!!

I am using v1.8.3

To be clear, teh Sales are showing up fine on the site itself. It is only when you add an item to your Cart that the price is being marked up by 130%, which is what I marked the entire Catalog up by after I created my sales.

Do you think I need to turn off my sales, implement the 130% mark up FIRST, and teh turn on my Sales?

I am using v1.8.3 and it is a new install.

How did you do the 130% markup?

How are you setting up the Sale(s) in Salemaker and what settings are you using?

NOTE: Salemaker is applied to the master_categories_id of a Product when there are Linked Products ...

Have you a detailed example and URL of what you are seeing vs what you should be seeing?
