This is the message that I get when i try to view the shopping cart front end. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong?

I have to let you folks know that today I just logged in no probs without changing anything?

i've also had this error in the past and have had to repair/optimize my mysql table. fixed the problem but today i'm seeing the same thing and it's doing anything.

any ideas? logging in with firefox (to the admin) shows:
