I deal with high priced items... $500-2000 each.
Is it possible to accept paypal / credit card payments only from customers in USA or Canada?
International customers can pay with bank wire and instructions will be provided to them...

yes, it's possible to do this. After you have set up your ZONES and ZONE DEFINITIONS, you can limit a payment module to be accessible only to certain zones.
