I have a couple questions I hope someone might have some insight on.

We ship product around the world. Shipping charges are collected as part of the check-out process, but our terms of sale require the buyer to pay for any taxes and duties outside of the U.S. We ship by FedEx and flag the shipment so that the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes.

Does anyone bill back the taxes and duties to the credit card if the buyer refuses to pay the carrier?

Does anyone have a disclosure in their checkout process to alert the customer that freight and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed by the freight carrier?

Thanks in advance for any help!
