As per the FAQ article ( http://tutorials.zen-cart.com/index.php?article=122 ) on the topic, you need to not only edit the 2 configure.php files, but also "move" the files from the pre-open folder into the folder above it ... probably named public_html. Sometimes FTP programs will let you drag-and-drop to do the move. Sometimes you'll have to download everything and then re-upload it all into the proper folder, and then delete the old one (ie: "pre-open") after it's all working in the new location.
The FAQ article goes into more detail

    Yep i followed that exactly.

Also i notice that some of my files in folders are missed after the move. I do not know what cause them to be missed but unfortunately i didn't back up my file before i made the move which i SHOULD have!

Is there any i can recover it without have to start everything again?

You mean you don't have a working/master copy of the files on your computer already?
Did you move things into the wrong folders?

If you've deleted things without a backup, I'm not sure what options you have. Maybe your hosting company has been doing backups just in case you got trigger-happy?
