Help need black text & red hover

Hi, my website is www.qualityfoodguide.co.uk ive managed to change the text in the categores box to black, but when i hover over the text, it doesnt turn red.

All the other text is blue. It does turn red when u hover over it, but text is black.

Hope somebody can help Thanx

These are stylesheet issues, and are relatively simple to change.

You just need to know what style declarations you are looking for.

Now... what's the easiest way of finding that out?

Use Firefox browser with the Firebug and Colorzilla add-ons. If you also use Chris Pederick's Developer Tool Kit, then you will be able to display Style ID and Class details against each element, and actually edit the stylesheet offline! This will allow you to make changes to the stylesheet right there and then, and see how the change affects the display.
