cart not working when moving to a new server

Need some help! I'm new to zen cart. I am moving a customer of mine's website. I moved all of the files, and the database over to a new host. The zen cart however does not work. When I go to the url of the cart it redirects me to zen-cart/zc_install/index.php. I then get an error saying The requested URL /WA/zen-cart/zc_install/index.php was not found on this server.

I found a config.php file where I changed my document root paths and url's but still same thing. What am I missing? Thanks

There are two config files to change:

includes/configure.php
admin/includes/configure.php

You would need to edit both to use the new path(s) and new Database information.
