http://www.madhattersfancydress.com/ this site is very slow to respond on a page by page basis - its not the only zen cart site installed on the server and the others are all fine.
Anyone got any suggestions on why this site may be slow?

Try optimizing your images.
Just on the main page, you have one that is 317kb and one that is 404kb.
