Default Alignment and Text Size Issue

Hello, new to the forum please bear with me! Navigated to my site this morning in IE8 to find everything left justified and all the text a few sizes too big. Here's the site: http://www.farriswater.com/zcart/

I'm running zen cart 1.3.8a, I using a custom theme and have a few add-ons in play, image handler II, easy populate, quick updates that's pretty much it. No problems until now. My home page, catagory and sub-catagoy pages have the same issue but oddly enough the actual product description pages are fine. see here: http://www.farriswater.com/zcart/ind...oducts_id=8917

I'm kicking myself HARD I didn't make any sort of backup recently, so I'm hoping someone can help me out. In the Opera browser everything IS centered but I still have the 'too-big text' issue. I'm guessing my style sheets got screwed up somewhere?? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your site seems to have been hacked - start here:

That sucks. I had someone hack in before. I went through all the recommended security measures but seems there are still issues. I've changed, settings, passwords, folders, etc. frustrating. Looks like I'll need to do it again. Well I'm backing up everything right now to save what I have. That formatting issue is the only issue I see for now. Is there a fix? Or am I looking at serious damage?

Well I've been searching through css files forever but my last backup and my now somehow hacked files look identical.... Anybody have any ideas on how I can recover from this break in?? Seems like it shouldn't be THAT big a deal since it just a text size and alignment issue (in IE8) only.
