Default How to copy option values?

I have several different option names that need to have the exact same option values. I've already set up one of these option names with 8 different option values. How can I copy these values to new option names? Thanks.

If you have Easy Populate installed (ver 1.2.5.5) then you can use EP attribute manager to do this for you, by using a spreadsheet to copy the Option Value text into other Option Names.

You could also use the Copy Command at the bottom of the Option Name Manager:
Copy ALL Option Values to another Option Name
All Option Values will be copied from one Option Name to another Option Name
    Copy from Option Name:
Copy All Option Values to Option Name:
Be sure to backup your database before using these ...

I understand the previous questions, but I have one that is similar.

I am trying to copy my option values in a product, to another option in the same product. I am having trouble figuring this out, could someone help me with this, please.

Could you perhaps explain that a bit more?

Are you saying you have an Attribute for:
    Color Red

and want to copy its settings into the same Product to make an Attribute for:
    Color Blue
