Products Per Row

Hi all,

I am pretty new to zen cart and i am trying to configure a new look for somebody to their zen cart.

I am trying to show only two products per row in the centre box, i have visited the admin page maximum values and changed categories to list per row to 2. however the centre box still shows three products?,

Can anybody point me in the right direction please?
