Special Club Pricing w/out Manual add Group Pricing

Hi All,
I have had an idea on my mind for quite some time now. I know that this can be done manually with group pricing but I don't want to do it that way.

I would like to have something like a product for $xx.xx that someone could purchase and automatically get their account added to the "Club" to receive % off discounts good for one year from the date that they bought in.

Is there a mod that does this? Is there something built in that I have missed?

You'd have to write custom software. It's not built in, and there is no mod to the best of my knowledge.
