I am getting no emails showing order confitmation. I get a Paypal email, but noting else so have no way of knowing what the customer has paid for. If I log onto the admin section and look under customers the customer is registered, but their purchase is not showing under orders.
Ive no idea whats causing this

Who is your hosting company? If you use GoDaddy, their configuration breaks the PayPal payment mod.
