Linkpoint To Decline Order If CC Address Does Not Match With Billing Address

Hi,

My current set-up for Linkpoint does not decline orders if the billing address does not match with the credit card address. It only sends me a fraud alert of bad address.

Is there a way to set up to only approved CC payments that match billing address and credit card address?

My customers will also be indicating a different shipping address from their billing address.

I am looking for the same answer. I recently shipped a $120 order and the customers billing address was different from his credit card address. They filed a claim that they did not order from us and linkpoint reversed the funds.. now I am out $120 and the product I already shipped.

How can we insure the billing and CC address are the same before payment is approved or automatically decline orders that do not match?
