New Products column too long

Every time I empty the shopping cart it takes to a page with Featured and New Products for the current month.
The Featured work OK, show only one, but New has 9 rows, each with only one item.
I would be happy with a max. of 6, showing on two rows.
I know there is a setting in Admin that can control this, I just can't find it.

Thanks, that worked.
And sorry for the silly question.
One more thing: these products appear in a column, whereas they could show in a row of 3, for example.
The reason is that there is a br.clearBoth after each one.
This comes from the template, not the CSS.
If I knew which template governs that presentation, I could manipulate it.
