Not showing option to set UPS username, password, access key details

Hello all,

I am trying to integrate UPS shipping service with zencart 1.3.8 version.

When I install the UPS service and go to add the values its not showing me place to add "UPS Rates Access Key", UPS Rates Username", "UPS Rates Password"


Can anyone help me please to rectify why its not showing me places the add these details its directly showing "ups pickup method" after "Enable UPS Shipping true/false" option.

I don't think Zencart interacts with your UPS shipper account.

The rate quotes will show if the estimator is enabled.

but following threads shows that it will display those options to specify the UPS details so I asked this question and if I run cart without filling it showing error as...

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

Oh, I see. You're talking about the UPS / XML mod. Sorry, I haven't used it.

The ups-xml mod does have those fields in admin, under modules/shipping. What does it look like now? Anything over on the right there when you select that module in the list of modules?

If not, then one of your files wasn't uploaded correctly. One possibility: the mod contains 2 identical files called xmldocument.php and 2 non-identical files called upsxml.php. Make sure you've uploaded the correct upsxml.php file to the correct location.
