Default Can't get _LRG to work and naming of images

I've put a thumbnail of TransmetropolitanVol3.jpg in new catalogue /thumbs/ and the original in folder large with suffix _LRG like this:

    /thumbs/TransmetropolitanVol3.jpg
    /thumbs/large/TransmetropolitanVol3_LRG.jpg

If I understand things correctly that should load the larger image in the popup when I click on the larger image link. However it's the thumbnail which loads. What have I done wrong?

Also can does the _LRG system work if i name my images like this Transmetropolitan_vol_LRG.jpg?

I should mention that I've added the Book Module if that helps troubleshooting.

Where is the "thumbs" folder located?

Zen Cart uses the /images/ folder, not a /thumbs/ folder.

If you've put your "thumbs" folder under the /images/ folder, then you'll need to work your structure like this:

    /images/thumbs/TransmetropolitanVol3.jpg
    /images/large/thumbs/TransmetropolitanVol3_LRG.jpg

    Transmetropolitan vol 3 page:

    http://www.staffars.se/test/zc_new/i...oducts_id=4614

Transmetroplitan 3 is one of the images wher I've trippled checked that the image name is correct. Will fix the other images tomorrow.

I'm not planning using the English langague so there's a lot of the original install language. I've left it up for those who don't speak Swedish.

Yes, Sorry that should've been clear.

    It's images/thumbs/large/etc

You've not followed the pattern properly.

    You've used this:

    /images/thumbs/large/TransmetropolitanVol3_LRG.jpg

    instead of this:
    images/large/thumbs/TransmetropolitanVol3_LRG.jpg

Thank you! It was driving me nuts and I feel stupid for not being able to read the instructions better.

Do you know about the naming algorithm. Can i name my images like this:

    Transmetropolitanvol3_nameofthe##############_LRG.jpg

Or do i have to change it to something like this?
    Transmetropolitanvol3nameofthe##############_LRG.jpg

You can use underscores as long as you are consistent.

The rules are outlined in the FAQ document I mentioned earlier.
