How do you remove the Quick reorder sidebox? I sell digital products and there should be no need to reorder. I don't want my clients to get confused.

Just turn it off in the tools->layout
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

Tools > Layout Boxes Controller >
Click on Sideboxes/order_history.php > Edit
Change Left/Right Column Status to OFF
