create account details gone

I am having problems with my site.

First customer could not pay with linkpoint error. I loaded mod and thought that might be ok. I had customer re-log back in and now she can not.

Customers can not login. Keeps going back to main page. She even did the re-set password. Got an email with new password and would not work. So, I read a thread to change config/sessions for recreate session to false and IP to host to false. Did that.

I tried to create a new login and all details are gone! No customer name, address, etc.

Help! I see clicks when I look at web stats, but no sales.

First thing I'd do is upload a fresh, unedited copy of create_account.php to includes/languages/english (or your override folder).

Hi stevesh, I uploaded a fresh copy, but looked and I have not edited includes/languages/english/create_account.php. I did change the includes/languages/english.php to take out the user requirement for date of birth. I wanted it available, but not a requirement. I went back and changed back to original file, but still does not work. So, I changed it back.

Still no details...gone.

Got it! I did a change to my stylesheet and did not realize the header in sidebox with label matched label with create account. I used ff view style information to figure it out.

Thanks for your help...got me thinking. Ya!
