    Default Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

    How do I stop this from showing on Step 2 of Step 3 in checkout process please?

    I have Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

    I have Paypal IPN - Website Payments Standard

    It only happens with free products in checkout, if the customer buys at least one item then it disappears.

    I have group pricing module A, B, (free items) C (priced items). Group A, B get the error message.

    I searched forum and found someone else had same issue but were using Paypal Pro - I am not so it didn't help me.

    I'm hoping someone can fix this as it does look unprofessional.

    I currently have free items in my store so need it fixed.

    When you have Orders that can be of $0.00 value, you need to install the Modules ... Payment ... The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD freecharger ... so that the checkout_payment page can be completed ...

    Thanks for the update that installing the Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD freecharger Payment Module was able to resolve your checkout problems when the amount due was $0.00 ...

    Good news ... it does get easier ...

    I've tried installing the "zen cart free charge card" to remove the "not accepting payments.." message. It works but...

    The downloads stay in "Pending" forever!

    I selected "default" as status for the free charge card. Should I set it to "Processing" to make it work?

    Pending orders_status 1 will not be immediately available ...

    Processing orders_status 2 or Delivered orders_status 3 will be immediately available ...
