Iam getting these warnings in the admin-->modules-->payment
above all my modules and below the Payment Modules Title at the top of the page:

Not sure why this is happeningall the sudden?

Payment (and shipping and order-total) modules are built from a module file and a language file. If you have "one" of those installed but not the other, you're going to get those kinds of errors.
The solution: either remove both files, or install both files..
