Increasing Prices site-wide (modifying Product Price Manager)

Hi,

My client wants to boost all prices by 5%.

What makes this tricky is that products are all priced by quantity - I have attached prices to quantities in the "Product Price Manager" (I am "pricing by attribute"). I can't find any info detailing how deal with this.

Products have no taxes and no shipping charges. SO if there is a way to set a tax rate or shipping rate so that product prices are increased via one of these means (i.e. a hack), I am good with that approach.

Any help would be *much appreciated*.
