Hi All
Today I discovered a curious problem, some users add a product to their shopping cart and then go back to add another product find this product overwrites the previous. It appears to be browser related my pc does not have this problem (Vista) but another pc in the office does (XP Pro).
We have many customers signing on but not purchasing, perhaps they are experiencing this anomily and not proceeding.

Are there any external URL links to your site that may have a session ID appended to them? It could be that some visitors are coming in on a previously allocated session number... I'm not sure about this, but it's unlikely a browser will cause this.

Test the shop by using different machines to create new TEST customer accounts, then go through the motions - as would a normal customer. See if this duplicates the behaviour.

The shop is linked with Joomla using I Frames essentially. I have tried to replicate the problem from a different pc with similar specs (XP Pro) on a different network but could not. the site is www.beechworthhoney.com.au
