Template & columns not showing after host change

Hello,

I've changed hosts for one my my clients sites, have everything uploaded, database in place, all is showing and working fine that way.

However, I can't seem to find a reason why the template design itself is not showing up. If I change to classic it also doesn't show up.

I've checked to be sure the includes, templates and .css files are all set permissions wise. .css files are on 644, folders are 755.

I tried the fixed key cache file.

I'm still not understanding why the page looks all white, shows the pictures, links, and such, but the design itself, just isn't showing properly.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Is there possibly a setting in configuration I'm just not seeing ? Perhaps something in config file that wasn't changed properly, although I'm fairly sure that is correct since it's a simple /home/user/public_html path.

This site is using most current version of zen 1.38.

was already on that page.. As well I have other clients on this host, who do not have these problems. So I know it's not a "hosting" issue.

As well, the admin side shows up just as it should. It's just a front end issue.
