I am set up with Paypal Website Payments standard for one of my payment options along with accepting checks/money orders. When customers don't have a paypal account but want to use their cc Paypal offers a link so that they can still pay via cc without a paypal account. The problem I'm having is that some of my customers are telling me that they are having trouble paying using the "don't have a Paypal account" link and therefore are not able to purchase the item they are trying to purchase....I hope this explanation of my problem is clear- I'm pretty new to this gig so please cut me some slack. Can anyone give me some tips on how to clear this issue up? I know I have the option of setting up a visa/ mc payment option from my site but am such a newbe that diving into that right now is kind of beyond me at this time....or is it easy to do? Thanks!
