but I couldn't find it!? Where else could it be? The client's Zen Cart is 1.3.7
That would have been helpful to know in your first post about this.
If you're having PayPal problems and using old software but haven't installed the patch updates for it, then I'm not surprised.
You can patch your 1.3.7 site using the latest 1.3.7 paypal patch here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216
Or better yet, upgrade to the newer version so you can benefit from the hundreds of other improvements and bugfixes.
