    red flag Order not showing

    I received my usual notification of the order from my merchant gateway, but no order number email. I went to the admin, and sure enough, the order isn't showing. This just happened today. My store was running fine before this morning (all orders logged and showing in the orders area).

    I'm running 1.3.8a and the payment module is the authorizenet aim module, but customized for my payment processor. I can't figure out what is wrong. If I didn't have the logging on, I wouldn't know what this person ordered.

    Anyone have a clue where I should start looking? I've done a search for the order, but to no avail.

    Can I manually add this one? If so, just in the orders table?

    Intrestingly, as I added it manually in my sql database, it showed up with all the info I didn't put in, but from the customers account.

    Very weird.
