My store is blank since I installed Stock by Attributes addon

Anxious to hear more suggestions, b/c I've had the same problem since I added the "stock by attribute" module a few days ago, and I haven't been able to fix it either! My admin works fine, but my front-end pages aren't being built:

Using VIEW SOURCE on my currently blank home page(funkymonkeyaccessories.com), it's now empty except for basic HTML for the page:

FYI, I installed Debug utility as instructed, but it won't work. Error log entry:

FYI: using 1.3.8 Zen Cart with Cherry Zen Template on Linux host

You *did* do a backup of your site files and database *before* installing the addon, right?
With your backup, you can go back to how your store worked *before* it broke.

The site backup utility thru ZC admin panel didn't work, so I had backed up the site (by backing up homedir) using host's backup tool, and backed up DB using PHPMyAdmin. (BTW, site Admin still working fine)

I have tried overwriting latest (nonadmin) files with backup files made right before mod install, but I'm still getting WSOD...

Well, blank pages are always a result of a PHP error. So, that suggests either you've edited a PHP file and introduced one or more syntax errors, or you've uploaded certain files that require other files in certain places, but they're not where they're expected to be. Both are common.
I suspect you've not followed the installation instructions for your addon correctly.
When unzipping addons, be sure to retain the directory structure included in the zip file, and make sure you upload the files in those directories to the matching directories on your server, even if they have the same name as others.

This situation is precisely why one does backups, and also why it's always advised to test a new addon on a *copy* of your store, rather than on your live store directly.

Overwriting doesn't remove additional files added by an addon. If you're trying to "remove" an addon, you'll need to remove all the files you added while trying to install it.
