Controlling Attribute Images

Can anyone tell me if there is an easy fix to changing the size of the images that you include as an attribute. My images are really big, so my attributes are lining up in colums like they are supposed to.

Plus the radio button for the images are all on top and then the images run under that. I have never seen this before, so I am assuming that there is a place in the admin where you tell your cart to put the radio button on top of the image.

At this time, the attribute images load at the original size ...

Perhaps making the the correct size would be the best solution for these attribute images ...
