Using 2 orders.php from different addons?

I have a customized orders.php that was installed into includes, and I want to install the orders.php for the USPS add-on is there a way to do that or will I need to have someone recode them.

If so anyone wish to help me out?

If You have no idea about php and no one did this before, You'll have to give to someone to merge those files.

If You know php a bit You may try to do this by yourself with help of file comparison tool like Winmerge.
